PAID PARENTAL LEAVE

We offer a 4-week paid parental leave and a 6-week return to work bonus for primary caregivers and 2 weeks off for partners. FAIR also supports flexible work arrangements for primary caregivers.

TIME OFF IN LIEU

Take time off while in between customer projects and FAIR will deduct 25% less of annual leave balance.

FOUR DAYS COMMUNITY LEAVE

Want to volunteer for a good cause? FAIR offers a 4-day paid leave so you can contribute to the causes you want to support.

EMPLOYEE LOYALTY PROFIT SHARE

We don’t take your contribution and loyalty to FAIR for granted. As a way of showing appreciation, FAIR shares part of its profit with eligible team members.

25% Leave Bonus

Take a break between customer projects and we’ll deduct 25% less from your annual leave balance (only for consultants).

Each quarter FAIR donates to charities in Australia and Pakistan nominated and voted by our team. We also encourage our team to take directly part in social work and give them 4 paid days of community leave per year.

BACK TO BASE
Once a fortnight, we make sure to get the whole team together to work at the FAIR offices, allowing our FAIR family to engage, collaborate and boost team spirit. This includes social activities, such as lunch, drinks and team-building activities.

TOWN HALL
Once a quarter, we link up the whole team in our offices in Australia and Pakistan for business updates, followed by a social catch-up over nibbles & drinks.

KICK-OFF
Every year, the whole team spends one weekend together, filled with team building activities, meals and games to celebrate achievements from the year and to get excited about the future.

At the end of the year, we organise an activity with the teams to say thank you for their dedication, hard work and commitment throughout the year.

FAIR KICK OFF 2022

At the end of 2022, our AU family got together for a weekend and bonded over exciting games, bonfires, yoga sessions and tasty food. It was an excellent way for everyone to unwind and connect outside the office. We are already looking forward to our 2023 kick-off!

Where we work

OUR TEAM HAS MASTERED THE ART OF WORKING REMOTELY!

We still take the opportunity to work in the office a couple of days a week, especially for our bi-weekly Back to Base at our fantastic office locations in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide & Karachi.
