As Lactalis transitioned to Salesforce as their CRM solution, FAIR assisted in validating the migration plan, assessing CRM efforts, providing recommendations, and implementing necessary ERP and CRM changes to ensure a seamless transition. Customer Data extraction SAP CRM – Salesforce
During our engagement, we supported and conducted an extraction program for customer data. We were able to develop a custom extractor program to help with information migration. We built this program in SAP CRM to extract customer info, in order to easily upload into Salesforce. This project was about building extractor programs in SAP CRM to extract customer info to be uploaded to SalesForce.
Back-end Account & Contact Management
During the project phase of our engagement, Lactalis was using all three systems: SAP ERP, SAP CRM and Salesforce. These systems where co-existing, but the customer creation process shifted from SAP CRM to Salesforce as the primary. Salesforce would then replicate customers to the ERP via the interfaces. Subsequently, SAP CRM became the slave system for customer data. We worked on the configuration changes involving, SAP CRM and ERP.
Analysis & Recommendations SAP C4C VS Salesforce
FAIR worked in an advisory capacity to review the Lactalis options for the changes in their business model. We looked at SAP CRM vs SAP Cloud for Customer vs Salesforce CRM. We gave the various options, analysis and recommendation on the best path for Parmalat.
Lactalis QM Integration
The scope was to build 2 interfaces between SAP and MSNX (External Quality Inspection System). 1 interface was outbound from SAP to send sample/inspection data to the external system. Second interface was inbound into SAP to get results from the external system and update in SAP.
Automating Proof of Delivery Processes with SAP BTP
Lactalis Australia partnered with FAIR Consulting Group for their first-ever BTP project to automate the Proof of Delivery (POD) attachment process using SAP Build Process Automation. This solution enables Lactalis Australia to reallocate 1.5 full-time resources to focus on higher value tasks, eliminating manual effort, reducing errors, ensuring accurate document attachment and improving visibility with a real-time dashboard. The project was delivered on time and budget in an eight-week sprint.
Automating Order Management with SAP BTP
Lactalis Australia overcame inefficiencies in managing Purchase Orders by partnering with FAIR Consulting Group for their first ever BTP project to automate PO to Sales Order process. Automation, a unified workspace and real-time data access saves Lactalis Australia 5+ hours weekly (with a projected saving of 80+ hours/week once fully rolled out), improves accuracy and enables focus on high-value tasks. The project was delivered in time and on budget in a five-week sprint.
