PAID PARENTAL LEAVE
We offer a 4-week paid parental leave and a 6-week return to work bonus for primary caregivers and 2 weeks off for partners. FAIR also supports flexible work arrangements for primary caregivers.
TIME OFF IN LIEU
Take time off while in between customer projects and FAIR will deduct 25% less of annual leave balance.

Want to volunteer for a good cause? FAIR offers a 4-day paid leave so you can contribute to the causes you want to support.

We don’t take your contribution and loyalty to FAIR for granted. As a way of showing appreciation, FAIR shares part of its profit with eligible team members.
25% LEAVE BONUS

TOWNHALL
Once a quarter, we link up the whole team in our offices in Australia and Pakistan for business updates, followed by a social catch-up over nibbles & drinks.
FAIR Anniversary Celebration
Every year across Australia and Pakistan, the FAIR Anniversary is a celebration the whole team looks forward to. Colleagues come together in their respective locations to enjoy great food, good company and celebrate another incredible year of achievements, growth and memories as one team.
Fun Budget
Each quarter, teams are given the opportunity to organise activities that help them connect, celebrate and have fun together. The Fun Budget supports meaningful team experiences that strengthen relationships and build a positive team culture.
FAIR KICK OFF 2022
At the end of 2022, our AU family got together for a weekend and bonded over exciting games, bonfires, yoga sessions and tasty food. It was an excellent way for everyone to unwind and connect outside the office. We are already looking forward to our 2023 kick-off!

At FAIR, our team works across Australia and Pakistan, collaborating seamlessly from different cities and time zones. We've embraced remote work while staying closely connected through regular team interactions, collaboration and opportunities to come together throughout the year.
