With an outdated IT landscape holding back growth and digital transformation, Ventora partnered with FAIR Consulting Group for a comprehensive system upgrade. Through the MFG SAP S/4HANA system upgrade, embedded Fiori FES and RISE migration foundation, Ventora achieved a streamlined, scalable and cloud-ready IT infrastructure that enabled innovation and efficiency, resulting in future-proof operations, lower costs, improved performance, increased reliability and an enhanced user experience.

Modernising Manufacturing Operations with SAP S/4HANA and Embedded Fiori
Ventora engaged FAIR Consulting Group to modernise its inherited fragmented SAP landscape that was limiting performance, innovation and scalability. FAIR led a full SAP S/4HANA upgrade from version 1709 to 2023, delivering a more reliable, secure and future-ready system for Ventora’s manufacturing operations.
To enhance usability and reduce operational costs, FAIR transitioned Ventora to an embedded Fiori Front-End Server (FES), streamlining the system landscape and significantly boosting performance. The project also laid a scalable cloud-ready foundation aligned with RISE transformation goals, enabling Ventora to adapt quickly to future needs, regulatory changes and growth initiatives.
With a simplified architecture, improved user experience and support for future migrations, Ventora is now positioned to lead with innovation while maintaining operational stability and long-term agility.
