Best&Less Pty Ltd is an iconic retailer of clothing and household linens in Australia. They have a continuously strengthening & robust online e-commerce operation. Best&Less also offers a variety of product lines across household, health, beauty and sport. Pepkor acquired Best&Less in 1998; the acquisition by Pepkor has enabled Best&Less to expand and now has over 186 stores located throughout Australia. Best&Less has been working tirelessly to increase its online presence and simplify the customer journey across its different product verticals.

Engagement Summary
Best&Less engaged FAIR Consulting Group to support their SAP Commerce (Hybris) activities and CX initiatives. We were asked to take over from a previous SI partner in order to leverage our subject matter expertise in the SAP Commerce domain. We aimed to help finish off the pre-existing enhancement work that was underway. As our engagement continued we provided subject matter recommendations, advised and guided the digital strategy to support the project. We worked in collaboration with the executive team of Best&Less to deliver a fined tuned recommendation on the Go-To-Market strategy & Roadmap.

Smooth project takeover
This engagement was initially scoped as a short term SAP (Hybris) Commerce support and enhancement engagement to back-fill for a pending contract with previous SI that was terminated. We worked to ensure our handover was seamless and worked quickly to deliver the pending activities.
Collaborating on a digital strategy
We helped work with the Best&Less team to help defined the entire Go-To-Market Strategy for their SAP Commerce platform in collaboration with their head of Marketing, Head of Digital and Head of Service centre. The strategy included consolidation & recommendation for SAP (Hybris) Commerce and other solutions for the various brands within the group.
