FAIR established a scalable SAP BTP foundation and governance framework for AGL to improve platform reliability, operational visibility and security across its SAP landscape.
The engagement included defining best-practice account structures, CI/CD-enabled deployment strategies, integration standards and governance models across SAP BTP services. FAIR also provided guidance around SAP Cloud ALM monitoring and SAP Cloud Identity Services to strengthen operational control, alerting and secure access management.
