BUILDING A SCALABLE SAP BTP FOUNDATION TO IMPROVE GOVERNANCE, SECURITY AND OPERATIONAL CONTROL

AGL partnered with FAIR to establish a scalable and governed SAP BTP foundation that would support future integration, automation and application development initiatives. Prior to the engagement, the organisation faced challenges with inconsistent account structures, manual deployment processes, limited monitoring capabilities and fragmented governance across environments. These issues increased operational risk and reduced scalability across the platform landscape.

FAIR delivered a structured BTP governance and architecture strategy, defining best-practice account models, deployment approaches and integration standards across SAP BTP services. Recommendations included CI/CD-enabled deployment processes, governance frameworks for integration and application development, and security improvements through service separation and lifecycle management controls.
