AMP engaged FAIR Consulting Group to advise and conduct an analysis on their AXA merger. We provided specialist consulting on service scenarios for complex claims management and conducted a digital transformation program for their CX journey. In addition, we implemented an engagement model platform and supported the “revamp” of their digital presence for their mobile websites and digital channel.
